Report an Issue
If SubIQ is not working as expected, contact us with the affected feature, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive account credentials.
Include the following details in your support email when available:
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The SubIQ version shown in Settings.
- A clear description of the issue and the steps that reproduce it.
- The affected screen or workflow.
- Any error message shown by the app.
- Screenshots or a screen recording with sensitive information removed.

Gmail Access, Disconnection, and Data Deletion
Find from Gmail is optional. SubIQ uses read-only access only after you connect Gmail and start a scan. It cannot send, modify, or delete your emails, and it does not continuously monitor your inbox.
To revoke access and delete all scan data for a connected Gmail account, open Find from Gmail, choose Disconnect Gmail below that account, and confirm. This deletes its scan results, review candidates, private scan work, and connection credentials. Subscriptions you already chose to save remain in SubIQ.
Removing SubIQ from your Google Account permissions stops future Gmail access but does not itself send SubIQ a data deletion request. Use Disconnect Gmail in the app or email [email protected] if you need help deleting Gmail-derived data.

You can request deletion of any account or personal data associated with SubIQ.
